It's the update that all Grand Theft Auto V players have been waiting for—the long-overdue arrival of the Grand Theft Auto 5 online casino.
The Diamond Casino and Resort finally appeared on the GTA V map on July 23. It enables gamers to play casino games like roulette, blackjack, poker, and slots. In addition, the GTA V Casino came packed with special features like customizable penthouses, virtual horse racing, extra cars, and plenty of missions to make sure that there's more on offer than just blowing your money on slots games.
Where do I find GTA V Casino on the map?
The Diamond Casino and Resort is located just next to the VinewoodRacetrack. The casino floor features classic casino games like roulette, blackjack, three-card poker and slot machines. The slot machines have special GTA themes such as ImpotentRage and TwilightKnife. There is also a LuckyWheel where gamers get to spin to win anything from chips and cash to a supercar.

If the casino gaming gets boring, you can also bet on the horses. At the moment, this is only a virtual horse racing option at InsideTrack, which takes its cue from earlier incarnations of Grand Theft Auto. Sadly, there is nothing in the way of esports betting in the Diamond Casino and Resort.

Gamble with real money at the GTA casino
Gambling at the Grand Theft Auto casino is pretty straightforward. You just buy Diamond Casino chips for $1 a time. This is capped at $20,000 for standard members. Then, high-roller VIPs may be able to get up to $50,000. However, gamers in some countries might not be able to play at the Grand Theft Auto casino due to licensing issues.
GTA V Casino Memberships
There are several ranks of casino membership for gamers to work their way through. The standard casino membership costs $500. Then, there are silver, gold, platinum, and diamond statuses that can be earned through completing special missions or buying certain items. These include things like helping the casino's owner fight off Texan rivals or even snapping up a Diamond Casino penthouse suite.
The penthouses are all fully customizable with bespoke art and have luxury features like spa rooms, private bars, infinity pools, and a personal stylist to help you unwind after a day's solid gambling. Thankfully, there are also basic crash pads that offer a cut-price way to get your VIP Silver Status at the Diamond Casino.

Los Santos finally got its own gaming establishment
Ever since the game launched in 2013, there have been plenty of conspiracy theories circulating about a casino in the pipeline. As a result of stray pieces of code referencing a 'casino heist' and the 'opening soon' sign outside of a defunct casino, it looked like residents of LosSantos might finally get their own gaming establishment. Thankfully, RockstarGames have made good on the indicators.
Now, all GTA fans can now look forward to putting their dubiously earned profits to good use.
June 14, 2019 – RafalMGP TeamGamble while gaming: Rockstar has pointed out with a tweet the (probably) imminent opening of a casino in GTA Online. So the construction works should be finished soon and you can gamble your money away in GTA 5.
In the short Tweet clip, the GTA Online logo lights up in combination with a typical neon casino sign. Rockstar wrote: 'Opening soon: A luxury casino in the heart of Vinewood...'. And with that it's certain - the casino, eagerly awaited by many GTA players, will soon open its doors and invite you to gamble in Vinewood. Let's hope that gambling remains allowed in the game. ;)
Players have noticed for some time now that Rockstar is working on a bigger thing. Because the construction work in Vinewood couldn't be overlooked. Construction lights, pallets, scaffolding - it's clear. Then came the Dataminers, who leaked some files from the civil engineering office. The leaks at least show that you can pass the time with card games in Vinewood's casino when you're not shooting around in GTA Online. We are confident that other casino games will find their way to Vinewood. Slots maybe? The roulette wheel in the logo also speaks for itself.
Dataminer also believe to know about the opening date. It is supposed to be the beginning of July. Maybe Rockstar will 'just' roll out a casino update soon. Or the developers surprise us with a larger DLC for GTA 5 or GTA Online. Will Rockstar also offer us a casino performance?
